How do I place an order?
You can place your Stationery order by either filling in the Ordering form online or by sending an email to hannah@hanimai.com or calling Hannah on 01844 238633.
Once we have received your order, we will contact you, sending you a proof of your chosen design and wording for confirmation. Once you are happy with your stationery proof, we will send you an invoice for 40% deposit.

How long does it take to complete an order?
We generally allow 2 - 6 weeks from receiving deposit payment to completing your order, although if we can get it to you in a shorter period of time, we will. If you require your stationery by a particular date, please let us know so that we can get it to you on time.

Can I make changes to one of your designs?
Yes. If you like a particular design but would like to see it in a different colour or would like to make changes to the layout, either send an email to hannah@hanimai.com, fill in the 'Additional Changes/info' box on the order form or call Hannah on 01844 238633.

Can I make changes to the free sample?

I have an idea for a design. Could you make it?
Yes. If you have an idea for your Wedding Stationery and would like to see a sample, send us your ideas and we will get a sample in the post to you as soon as we can. If you would like to include images on your stationery, either email them or send via post with a description of what you want and we will do the rest.

Can I choose my own wording and font?
Yes. Our Free Sample includes an example of a printed insert, but many couples like to write their own wording. When you make an order, we will contact you to ask what you would like printed in your invitation. The same will be done if you order additional stationery items, ie. RSVP, etc.
If you have a preferred font, send us the name of it and we will include it on the sample.

How can I be sure my order will be correct?
We will always send you a proof before completing your order to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Once we have confirmation from you, your order will be made.

Do the invitations include envelopes?
All wedding invitations are supplied with a boxed envelope and delicately wrapped in tissue paper to help protect the design.
Each box does however require a large first class stamp. Should you prefer traditional envelopes for your invitations, please contact us to discuss. The invitations with rose petals, however, will require a boxed envelope as they also include extra protection to help protect the petal from any damage during delivery.

How do I pay?
Payment can be made by cheque although bank transfer would be preferred, which most of our customers find easier and quicker.

Can I pick up my order?
If you would like to pick up your order, this can be easily arranged. You can either come to us or we can meet you at a half way point should you live further afield. Local orders can also be delivered. |
