To place an order, please enter the appropriate details on the order form provided with each design.
You can also place an order by sending an email to hannah@hanimai.com or telephone us via our contacts page.
Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm your order. Samples will be sent to you for final confirmation to ensure that you are satisfied with the overall layout before completing your order.
Once confirmation has been received, we will send you an invoice for 40% deposit to confirm your order. Payment can be made by cheque although bank transfer would be preferred. All orders are usually completed within 2-6 weeks.
All orders will be neatly packaged and usually sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. Prices may vary between £7 and £25 per box depending on size and weight. Local orders can be delivered. If you would prefer to pick up your order, this can be arranged.
