Stationery variation

All our stationery items are handmade. Therefore some slight variation in colour and materials may occur between each item.

If the client orders Wedding Stationery in various stages, we cannot always guarantee continuity of the design.

If our suppliers products change for any reason, we will endeavour to offer you an alternative option which will be of the same high quality and produced at the same price as your initial order.



Proofs

We supply ‘proofs’ for all stationery items, either via email and/or post.

Proof reading is the responsibility of the client. Any changes/amendments should be clearly stated or marked on the item, as we cannot be held responsible for errors that go unnoticed after the final proof has been accepted.

Once approved, all proofs must be confirmed in writing (usually via email) before an order can commence. Failure to confirm approval of the proofs may result in a delay in the production of the final stationery.

Please ensure all personal information is correct before you send us confirmation. This includes names, venues, times, location, table plan details and order of service details. We will print exactly as the document sent.

Once the proof has been confirmed as correct, any amendments will incur a charge.



Copyright

‘Hanimai’ cannot be held responsible for gaining copyright permission for the use of hymns, poems etc. This is at the client’s own discretion.

All stationery designs by ‘Hanimai’ are copyright protected. It is not permitted to publish or copy any designs of our designs without the consent of ‘Hanimai’. Legal action will be taken in such cases.



Payment

A 40% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders over £100, at the time of ordering. An invoice with payment details will be sent when the balance is due. Goods will only be despatched after the final balance is received.

We can receive payment by either bank transfer or cheque.

Delay in payment at any stage will result in a delay of your order.

In the event of an order being cancelled, all completed work must be paid for.



Prices

Prices may be changed without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders.



Ordering

Orders will not be completed until we have received confirmation of proofs and deposit payment.



Amendments

Should the customer require any amendments to their stationery after confirming that the proof is correct, a charge will be made for additional materials and labour cost if printing has already started.

If delivery has already taken place and an amendment is required, all incorrect stationery items must be returned to Hanimai before the amendments are made.

If the error made is the fault of Hanimai, no charges will be made.



Delivery

Orders will be posted by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery/ Special Delivery or via a courier (unless alternative arrangements are made) and will often require a signature to confirm receipt.

Delivery dates are given as estimates. We cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for any losses arising due to failure to meet such delivery dates. If you have not received your order, you must notify us as soon as possible.

We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by any other third party. If for any reason your order is delayed we will always inform you immediately.


‘Hanimai’ cannot accept responsibility for any items once they have left our possession.
